It's also known as wetting agent. Your best bet is ruby photo.

If I'm not mistaken, they only have the Ilford version, Ilfotol. But its the same thing, at least in function

Function quite the same, i used to check their msds when i want to mix some stabilizer, totally different stuff inside.
