Know where to get Transcend CF 30X?

Try Memory World at SLS. They are a major dealer in Transcend. Cant remember which floor but it's a relatively large floor tucked away in a corner.

Actually I asked MemoryWorld, whom I think is the local distributor, about 2 months back and they said 30x is discontinued.

Where the heck did you find it at $200?????? If you know anywhere selling it for $230 (or $200, better still), do share.. I got quoted $285 for it at memory world yesterday. They claim to have discontinued 30x.. So I'm not even sure of the price of $30x but I know it's under $200

$285 for the 512mb 45x is a pretty good deal. Don't know where else I've seen their 30x cards, the last time I saw one was at a store in Funan about 6 months ago. They don't seem to be very popular. I'd suggest for the price difference, you go for the 45x, the other option is to see if you can find a 2nd hand 30x card in the buy/sell forum.

got mine from Ahtong a cser, first hand but no warranty lor.
dunno if he still have stock or not.

Season opening soon. Can probably take pics of 2 clown fish only with the 32 XD.

Think the 1 GB 45x is about $510. Same as the Lexar, which sounds like a better deal to me.

Thanks all. Surprizingly, I managed to get a 1gb 45x very shortly after posting this up. Thanks to Tang, who sold it to me for $400.

And I've been searching around for a few week prior to this!
