Haha yup. Am going to Chiangmai/Chiangrai/Mae Hong Son with my photog club end november. Anyone have recommendations on what to shoot/look out for? ^^

Also looking for a 50mm f/1.4 lens too =P

Try the f/1.7... it's good enough and that extra half stop isn't worth $200...

Hmms. Okae. How abt build quality issues? I've heard that the f/1.7 is not as sharp wide open and tt the f/1.4 is better in that respect. Does the f/1.7 have circular aperture?
