hmm..not sure if i have seen them when i was there...ginza on the weekend the road is close to the public...the japanese always bring thier doggies and kitties out for walks at this area. i meet 4 adorable golden retriever at the time. their size also not normal for sg cats...too pui pui for sg and well groomed.
