as for the 4040z.... if you have maybe a few hundred dollar more to spend you might consider it for it's BRIGHT lense... but if you really have more cash to spend can always wait for 5050z.... which should have non of the problems of 4000 / 4040 / 5000....

nah i just meant the 4040 is better than the 4000 but no problems
