I think the 16-80 has pretty decent bokeh - do note that there's a bit of outlining - the greens of the plants - the bokeh edges of the leaves and the stalks show up as faint lines, looking quite different from the quality of the blur of the persons hair (the blur patch of black). This is still considered generally quite pleasing to many - as usually these leaves and stalks are pretty challenging to reproduce pleasingly in bokeh.
For a medium telephoto, this kind of bokeh is already quite impressive.
