JUNIOR cam op needed [Overseas Assignment]

my friend is looking for 1 JUNIOR cam op for about 14days in PHUKET to cover a conference shoot.
Air Tix, food, accomodation will be taken care of.

I have all the experience in handling various cameras. Shooting of conference and interviews will be no problem.My rates are $400 per day for overseas job. Does it have to fly on the 23rd?

Why would you want a junior? because of the low rates?

apparently the production company told me the client cancelled the videography services a few days prior to the trip. LOL.
I think must be becos of the low rates.
