The thread was started by another organiser and then transferred to her right ...
Why not check with the other organiser .... Sorry i not sure who it was ....

fleaz is the one who posted. however, as u all probably realised by now, he illegally sub-contracted out his shoot to juliet-xp. hence the thread was deleted. if he/she/it doesn't want to refund ur monies, kindly contact the organiser.
and as a word of warning to all organisers, read Darren's rules in the photo-shoot subforum. all such offences will be summarily deleted and infractions given. being a paid subscriber doesn't give u the right to break rules.

I m just wondering who would the "organiser" in this case ... since it was sub-contracted?
For TS ... mind sharing who did you transfer the money to ... Was it fleaz or juliet-xp ?

please check with the photographers who joined the shoot, if there is a need, i have their emails,contact and cs nick.
12 photographers turned up for the shoot. I did not scam.
Fleaz is the organiser, I'm his assistant, so i helped to assist him in his shoot, he did not rent or contracted it to me.( THERE WAS NO MONEY TRANSACTION OF ANY SORT BETWEEN US)
I repeat,I DID NOT DO ANY SCAM OF ANY SORT, since they agreed that it would be held privately instead, since that the moderator does not approve of the assitant updating the thread.
It was a great shoot. Too bad for those who did not make it, but i hope that people can stop makign assumptions.
Some even claimed you made payment, BUT THERE WAS NO TRANSACTION under your claim,reference, ibnick whatsoever.
I hope this clears your doubts.

well, since u have made it clearer that there is indeed a breach of T&Cs set by our Admins regarding sub-contracting, this will be surfaced to Admins for further action.

He did not contract it to me, I just helped to assist his shoot for free.
Helpign a real life friend to assist a organised shoot is not allowed?

It would seem that since fleaz started the thread but someone (Juliet XP) took over probably without it being mentioned in fleaz's original organizing post that you were the main contact was deemed as "subcontracting".
That or the simple case that only specifically "organizers" are allowed to organize and the act of passing the duty of organizing to a "friend" is considered sub-contracting since the new organizer (J-XP) is not a tagged organizer. It would be beneficial to be able to scrutinize the original posts, however it IS up to the moderators' call on this.
This is probably the golden question. The starting organizer (and I assume the money was paid to him) hasn't replied to the thread, probably a statement from him can help shed light on the money movement... otherwise it's a "your say vs my say" case. Without transaction records (ibank transfer records will suffice), it will be very hard to argue any case. Hope this issue gets settled soon, I'm sure other newbies like me may be scared off the paid photoshoots.
Calling names and making accusations will not solve anything at this point, so it would be beneficial to talk it out like the level-headed shutterbugs CS members are. =)
