this pangsai pose ... maybe she was a bit too self-conscious, can see she was standing on her toes ...
i think it would be perfect if she just sat on her bum and looked more relax ....
but i must say she got really good complexion ... and a wow figure!

Should have considered over exposing the shots by a little to cover up for model's baby fats and make the pictures more flattering.

Also consider alternative poses. There are many fashion magazines and publications that you can take as reference. Do some homework before shooting and it does not hurt to cut out pages from fashion magazines to use as reference.

In people/fashion photography, you want to be careful with poses that causes "wrinkles". Necks, waists, are the usual areas where these happens. So note that in your shooting.
