Fish Pie Recipe
Ingredients
• Olive oil
• 1 leek, finely sliced
• 1 large carrot, sliced
• celery, chopped
• Spinach
• butter
• potatoes, cut quarter
• cooking cream
• 200g cheddar chesse
• 1 lemon
• corn
• Salmon, dory and scallops, cut into chunks
Method
1. Place the potatoes in a large saucespan, boiled and drained, mixed butter and mash with a potato masher. Season with salt and white pepper.
2. Marinate salmon, dory and scallops with salt, pepper, celery, and lemon juice and mixed with cheddar chesse
3. Cook leek, carrots, spinach and corn in olive oil and add butter. Pour in cooking cream. Season with salt and pepper and bring to boil, mixed this with ingredient in no.2
4. Spread the potato over the top flatten it out.
5.Preheat oven at 180 o C and baked for 40 minutes
6. Fish Pie is served!!
