This is carbonara spaghetti with asian touch

jtsky's Asian carbonara spaghetti
Ingredients:
Spaghetti ( I used angel hair or No.7)
2 tbsp salt (for boiling) mix with water in a pot
1 tsp sea salt
100-200g of bacon, cut into 2cm long pieces
4 cloves garlic, minced
5 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp pepper
10 cherries tomato, cut into small pieces
8 button mushrooms, sliced.
4 chilli padi, cut into small pieces.
¾ cup of evaporated milk or creamer
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
6 tiger prawns and squids
Method:
1.Cook spaghetti according to package directions in boiling salted water (I cooked abt 3 mins for angel hair and 7mins for no.7)
2.Drain spaghetti and rinse with cold water, drain put aside for use later.
3.Add the bacon to a sauté pan and cook slowly over a low heat until crisp. Remove bacon from pan and drain on paper towels, put aside for use later.
4.Add olive oil, sea salt and minced garlic and stir for 2 minutes, add tomato, chilli padi, prawns and squid and stir well.
5.Add mushrooms and stir for 2 minutes and then evaporated milk and bring to boil.
6.Return spaghetti and bacon to pan and mix well.
7.Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top and serve while hot.
