Thank God I miss it , the guy selling decided to sell it to somebody else despite th app. that I had make with him at night. Somebody had contacted him in th afternoon and he sold it straight to him. First time when I call him he still pretend that I call wrong no. I was not upset at all. What is there to argue after all he already sold it off ! No big deal !

actual amount (ex. S$1200) / 12 months = S$100/month for 12 months

whats blurred about that? did not take accounting class in university?:dunno:

You really think that there are no interest? Do you know that there is "cash" price and a "credit card" price at CP? Typically the price diff is about $50-100 diff for items between $1K - $1.5k. No free lunch is this world.

From my experience with CP, the quoted prices are exactly 2% more than competing shops in the area, and they won't give me cash discount...
This 2% is the CC charge factored into the product sale price, and they have a interest free installment plan with the banks. Whereas for some shops they have to charge 5% extra for CC + installment payment. So if you want to pay interest-free, CP is a reasonable solution.
So CP quotes me a price and say that any payment method also can. Simple enough for tourists as well.

I think Cathay Photo is the only shop that accept installment from CC payment. And there is no price different between cash and CC. If you pay by cash also the same amount as you pay in CC. Confirm 0% installment from them. But only certain CC they accept not all CC they accept. Installment for 6 or 12 months also can but only a certain CC too.

I always get about 10% off when I pay cash at Cathay.....When I ask for quote from them, they will always say cash or Credit? then "How much MS quote you?":bsmilie:

Solution for Red Rubber Band~~~! Hahaha :bsmilie:

Since its 0% installment, its not such a bad deal I guess ? About the same as saving up for it :D

Taking into consideration inflation..... a $100 note 12/24months later is worth less than a $100 note now. . So no harm pay slowly if price is the same? or almost the same. hehe
Unless few months down the road, canon do another price drop. haha

If u're just talking abt shop that accepts CC payments, MS Color also does that (for certain products) but there's a CC surcharge imposed.
