, I bought a Hoya Cir

Eh..Northnern lights need to ask you something I bought A Hoya
UV-PL-Cir polarizer , HMC Multicoating. How to use it ? I tried it but seems that the pic came out very bluish. I am using the E-10 camera.

Are there Rotary Doctors here? Or anyone know any Rotary Doctors?

John,

Mmh...blur?

Maybe you shook the camera when you took the picture. Images are most susceptable to camera shake when you zoom to the maximum. Was your pic taken at f=140mm?

Polarizers should not affect clarity as they act to block some light coming into the camera. It's main aim is to cut off glaring reflections from water, glass etc. You turn the polarizer until the reflection is gone from your viewfinder.

:p

not blur...but very bluish...shutter speed : 1/250 , F=5.0 , Focal Length = 35 mm

John,

Looks like your picture was taken in broad daylight and outdoors. Did you check your White Balance? Set at Auto? Auto is best outdoors.

If your picture was at 3000K, it will definitely turn out bluish.

Another reason could be that you are surrounded in a blue environment and having a lot of blue reflected?

:p
