Anyone else who are in the same predicament with TS? Do come out to share your stories and arrange together to make a police report together and then complain to the MP as well.

If you are still thinking of settling it privately with Sam or giving him another chance, forget it. You will never get your money back IMHO. The fact that he knows about this thread and yet did nothing to clarify his name or actions show that he is guilty. Pooling your resources together with fellow victims represent your best chance to get back your money.

Everyone just go to his home together and demand to see him.

If he refuse to meet, just paste some notice (please hor, I never say throw paint or write on the wall) with his photo on his door and lift lobby lor....... He will be very well known in his neighbourhood.

I have a receipt he issued me when I passed him my lens. I don't think that acknowledgement receipt is good enough to serve as a consignment contract. Anyway, my lens is a AF-S DX NIKKOR 10-24mm f3.5-4.5G ED (serial no. 2051157). If anyone bought a second hand from him bearing this number, please leave a message here. This could be an evidence for me to file report with the Police again for dishonestly misappropriation.
