i buy all my gear from them (except when i get lens in HK or JPN) and their service has never failed to keep me coming back. Sam can sell a fridge to an Eskimo.

When i have time to kill i just perch myself on their stools and find out the latest news!

Well, count me in too!
I like their fair way of doing business, as well as their great customer service, although to be fair their prices are not the best (then again, like lenses, you get what you pay for...)

When I was new to dSLR, I walked into their store and asked if they had a Sony dSLR cos it seemed like the best bang for the buck. To my horror (then), one of the staff flat out said that they don't recommend nor sell Sony dSLRs cos of blah and blah...

Thanks to them, I wisely reconsidered and am glad for that decision...

So yeah, in short... count me in!

Sam once offered to bulk roll film for me at no addition cost so that I can get Velvia at a much cheaper price. Of course that was many years ago before the digital age. Sam's even offered to lend a friend of mine his own point and shoot when his camera was down. He's got the best before, during and after sales service ever!!

Count me in too. Excellent service from Samuel and the people around there. He gives great advice and jokes around a lot. Prices are a bit steep, but unless their prices are really too high, I don't mind paying extra for a little friendly service.

Last time I walked into his place to get an 8gig CFIII card, he straight away went like "hey bro, new 70-200 2.8IS come in, you wanna try it now? Be the first user!"
