Are the lenses and the nikon stuff there cheaper than here in s'pore?
i mean i know its like made in thailand and stuff ..
but nikon is from Japan right?
so does anybody know if its better buying from there instead?

It's in Jap, but just navigate around and you should be able to find the camera prices

Even if are not buying, should just drop by and window shop...lots of things to browse, chances are you will end up buying something :sweatsm:

But obviously, prices varies from shop to shop...plus minus a bit

I heard that there are some "2nd-Hand" camera shops in Tokyo. Not sure if anyone can verify this. The "2nd-Hand" shops sells camera and lens that were not used, but opened by the customer to view. Once the product is opened and taken out from the box, it is considered "2nd-Hand"
The price of the goods depends on the product, but I understand that these goods are about 20% to 50% cheaper than the original price.

Is this true? If yes, where can I find these shops? I will be in Tokyo in Dec, hopefully can get some good bargains there!

So far nobody know... fiuh anybody can help with this? If the new one, it is useless because I think Yen is too strong for now... so it is not cheaper...
