Painfully long day today, only to come home to be told that I'm one of the weaker shooters, realising I'm no longer needed for regular photoshoots and a deadline for a draft plan looming.

Thanks.. Its just a jump shot, albeit a hard one to do..

how did u do it?

One shot normally against a black background and the overlapping double exposure is a long exposure..
