Have you invested in any properties in Iskandar yet ?

I get news like the properties in Iskandar getting very hot and at some location price double at some projects, but if you travel regular in Johor, it took at least 2 hours driving on the highway in order to get out of Johor State. The land at Johor is so big, if you are the early bird in Iskandar projects now can make some big profit, but in other Johor areas making money from properties are rare. Just look at many shopping center in J.B. build halfway or completed and now project stop or whole building were still empty.

This place (Kota Iskandar) is big with a lot of space and good for landscape photographic, one problem is that no possible to walk it take too much time. Need to drive and walk.

In addition to Dry and Wet Session, now we need to include a Haze Session which can last about six months long. Above two photo were capture during the best weather condition in the Haze Session.

Managed to capture this beautiful sunset yesterday. No rain and it must be the trade wind blow away the part of the haze as seen in the photo above.

The haze just made the photo look soft even with the bright sunset, it created a different mood for the presentation, compare from pic# 123 above.
