you will be charged gst if the total cost of the item (including shipping) is more than s$400. the exchange rate would depend on how the day the transaction goes through and it may differ from the time you purchase.

but since currencies in generally do not fluctuate drastically, you can use most of the currency conversion sites to give an estimate. to play it safe, make sure that your total amount is around $380-385. this would give some buffer for the actual exchange rate
