I got it below 20 and it's a shop directly when you go up the stairs on your right. Small shop that sells CDROMS and other hardwares. I think third level.

finally, i found this reader at SLS - #03-80/81
It comes in a white box selling @ $16, left about 4 boxes when i got mine.
