was told by moderator that KPT is only meant for discussion, and chatting without asking a question with sufficient background is prohibited. Would like to hv some clarification please.

Does sufficient background info need to be such that EVERYONE understand, or just 2 or 3 only is enough for a chat?

Does talking or stating about some current affairs cannot be classified as a chat?

But if a person is consistently being told off for his postings (by multiple parties, at that), then perhaps some self reflection is due.

On a separate note, I applaud your restraint in ceasing to add LOL to the end of every sentence (at least for this posting, truth be told, I stopped reading most of your threads). :thumbsup:

From previous discussions with you, it seems that any attempt to make a point will fall on deaf ears. Hence I reassessed the decision to make that post and decided that it was a waste of forum bandwidth.
