We may find ourselves in that position of having or even not knowing
what is soul or the importance of soul in conjunction with our responsibility
as a human being.

If you are aware of your soul, has it been deep in ignorance,
like saying that your duty and obligations of your role in society
has not been met?

How then can we know what those duties are and how are we
going to fulfill them?

If I say I am aware, would I be classified as one who does not know that he does not know, or would I be classified as one who knows that he knows?

Conversely, if I say I am not aware, would I be classified as one who does not know that he knows or would I be classified as one who knows that he does not know?

Leary is just an angry pussy heheheheh... But abit of him once in a while is okay.

Another angry one but with more style and substance...try Lewis Black.

For a leary type..I would go with Doug Stanhope.

Chomsky always considered himself an anarchist, dissident and socialist intellectual. Bill always criticised oppressiveness of the ruling class in keeping people stupid and apathetic. I think that's a socialist in him.

I have not heard any Lewis Black works, but Doug Stanhope yes. I actually have seen him hosting a Girls Gone Wild video, a few years ago. I remember Doug was a member of the Libertarian Party, which probably puts him in the same category as Carlin, Chomsky, Bruce and Hicks..social libertarians.

I also listen to a lesser known guy, Sam Kinison. That guy's scream is brutally raw. :thumbsup:

heheh Yes yes.. Sam the screaming pussy heheheh... I have a few of hs mp3. My problem with him is the screaming that gets on my nerve after one listen. I guess it works for him in some way but I always hate that. Bill Hicks does that too especialy when he does the DEVIL's voice and you insert the mic into his mouth hehehehe..

I love Sam's woman hating humor hahahahahah... I just wish he scream less so I don't have to pull out my in-ear headset each time he does it or have to shut down my speaker's volume when playing from my PC.

Chomsky is not a comedian so I find it weird when you rope him into the group heheheh.. but I was just digging thru some of my audible books by Chomsky and it is nice to review some of his views on Humanism and Religious Fanaticism which is a good balance to Douglas Adams.

Give Lewis Black a listen you might enjoy his blend of political humour. He is abit of an angry man too hehe. Bill Maher is also great though I am not sure where he will be going next with his comedy routine since George Bush will be out of office in a day's time hahahahah...

In ancient times, it was the virtuous who lead, and they lead by serving their subjects. Later on, this concept was abandoned and replaced by dynastic rule, and hence we have the beginning of the dark ages or the age of Aquarius.

In today's modern world, dynastic rule has been replaced by the concept of democracy but this is in name only. If you peer beneath the surface (or pierce the corporate veil by way of legal analogy), you find that all democratic societies still operate under dynastic rule.

The common man is still no different from the serfs of yesterday. Many people claim to have bought huge houses and cars, but the reality is that they have only rented it. They don't own it as they are simply paying off monthly hire purchase installments. In other words. we are all still slaves to the ruling class.
