Carry Monopod add more weight lea, my female case quite extreme. Ask her add on a monopod and move around = ask her move around in FBO (Full battle order).

Ai yo yo... what I mean is that your photo is depends on how long your exposure so if you are using a shutter speed of only 1/30 sec, you need to shoot 108000 photos to say that you have shoot photos for an hour. This goes to show that even people who are very long into photography but only shoot when they travel oversea or for special days actually doesn't shoot much more than a starter who carry his camera where ever he goes and enjoy shooting and learning. The principle of this works on the fact to motivate people to shoot photos anywhere and anytime when they feels like so rather than on special days or traveling. :lovegrin:
