Hi. Just my 2 cents. Camera gears are tools. The artists are the ones behind the camera.
At the same time, those tools have limitations. No matter how good you are, you are limited by the camera or the lenses you used. And then there is the matter of your photography skills.
Have a good wide fast zoom. A few fast primes. Shoot your heart out. Cam bodies, they keep introducing new every few months time. You want to keep up?
If money's no object, get the best forget the rest. But also know that plenty of pros still are using old cameras and producing excellent results. Just my humble opinion.
