Yes there is a Nikon D9xs MkIIIII with 100 MP with built in meter to emulate studio lights (Future of Nikon cameras). :thumbsup:
depending on what and why you need to shoot, and what size you want to reproduce the images, any current or recent DSLR should be good enough... I remember many years ago (~4) doing an urgent product shoot with a borrowed Powershot A70 3Mpixel PnS camera... with makeshift reflectors and background, my regular tripod (which I was lucky to have around in my office, including its QR plate, but which looked ridiculous with the tiny A70, which was about the size of the tripod head, perched on it) and shooting at ISO 50, was able to get good enough shots for glossy (A4sized) brochure usage (and not the cheapo looking brochure quality at that :nono


if you need to blow up to really large size, then you might even need to use medium format backs... or if you have special requirements, like stopping high speed motion, multishot rapid fire, highly selective area of focusing, etc, then camera needed would of course vary...
