1. remain contactable during the crucial run-in period just before the wedding day, just in case things don't go according to plan.
2. ensure that his replacement photog contacts the wedding couple to finalise the logistics of the AD wedding shoot. and remain contactable at all times.
3. contact the wedding couple 1st thing on the wedding day itself to make sure everything was ok and that the replacement photog actually shows up.
4. accept at least part of the blame when the replacement photog fails to turn up. as well as apologising to the wedding couple for the screw-up.
I guess in this particular case, the reason for the replacement was bec of the bride's change of wedding date, and not the fault of the original photog. Logically, there wld then be no contract bet KH and Kat, and he shld be free of any obligations.. unless he was the one tt had something on and initiated the replacement photog, then it wld b more reasonable tt he be expected to ensure that things turn out well...
