Alexandra Arch
Conceptualised as a “Gateway to Nature”, Alexandra Arch links Hilltop Walk and Forest Walk.
Walk on this 80m long bridge and admire its unique architecture - it looks like an opened leaf across Alexandra Road, with its curved deck intersecting an arch that is tilted at a 70-degree angle.
Alexandra Arch is lit up by LED lights at night. The lights change colour at intervals from 7pm to 12am daily, displaying varying shades from the colour spectrum of dusk.

Wah... as I said earlier on, I will say it here again.
This shot I like it very much. My goodness... I don't know how you did it, but you managed to maintain the black of my T shirt.
That's not easy, man!
Great shot and totally natural expression!
Thank you, Ah Chua!

Bro
Is the image (leaves) sharp ? They look sort of Blur :dunno:

Just asking

Cheers

LowLights, you are absolutely right... you are indeed the man, man.

They are blur for two (three... one more added on Edit) reasons:

  • 1/8 sec with very high ISO - I think 1600. Hand-held with less than ideal technique. So there was motion blur.
  • Very wide aperture... I think it's widest. Why? Because the image was so dark that I had to jack up and bump up and widen up everything to achieve a reasonable exposure. Thus the image was nowhere near as sharp as it should be.
  • Edit: Third reason. Maybe... I am only postulating here. Maybe the M9 has got lesser IR sensitivity than the M8 due to a different range of AA filter (correct me if I am wrong). That's why I had to bump up everything to achieve a good exposure.
Hey... we all missed you on this outing, man! ;)
