its being sold by Cingular in US.. they dont have 100% 3G coverage... whereas their edge coverage is all over.. so maybe that explains the non 3G.

I like the SMS "iChat" feature but what about MMS?

WiFi browser is nice! Photos and Music is like iPhoto & iTunes.

It is nice! Y not in Asia, suspect the language options as a barrier. Need for Japanese, Korean, Thai, Malay, Chinese is not easy to design.

Looks bulky.... may not be very good for speed typing SMS since no tactile buttons. Looks more geared towards a multimedia storage device than a phone....Any idea if the 2 megapixel camera is autofocus or fixed focus??;p

With WiFi... and the expected future proliferation of WiFi and WiMAX, you won't need 3G - think VoIP and video calls over your WiFi/WiMAX connection.
