Interest check: Lumix Case for LX3

In Singapore climate, the leather case can catch fungus easily.

When keep the camera, probably has to take out the leather case again!

In fact, I am doing away with the leather strap that is together with the LX3 package. Cost of lens cleaning to clear fungus is no joke.:bheart:
 

I am a newbee in photography...i bought LX3 to try...really have trouble in selecting a good camera casing....headache...can senior bros advise which casing is good for LX3. Apologised for the stupid question.

You can consider Crumpler Rip Snorter. It fits my LX3 rather well.
 

Ya.. Can try Crumpler pouches.. nice padding inside as well.
 

I bought D-pod 50 but it is too big for LX3....
May I know where i can get this Crumpler Rip Snorter ??? Thanks ~

I got mine from a shop at the 1st floor of Peninsula. A few shops away from TCW. It's very near to the main entrance and they sell a range of lowepro, crumpler and kata pouches.

I went to sls today but d-pod 40 sold out....and can't even find another shop selling the same thing
mind reveal the price of the case ?
 

Anybody knows if Head Porter from Surrender or Porter International at Wisma have any nice camera cases for the LX3??

so serious? even with the lens cap on it still wld grow fungus? where do u keep yr lx3 then? is it really necessary to do without the leather strap?
