I am just afraid my 300D cant take the R72 filter cos Canon cameras are very sensitive to this? The only choice is to use IR film for my case?

Click to expand... Try on one of the available Filter from these IR guys during the outing... it works on 20D, think 300D should be fine. Good to test on digital before proceeding on film.
