i believe he is offering a premium to recover the lost cards.

mabbe his equipments worth $3K.. since you take the card, it should be with the equipments. So you keep the equipments.

Or mabbe the equipments cost more, then $3k is quite worth it to get the cards and the equipments back.

Debates will range from ethics, professionalism, etc.

I'm tinkin of the stir that will be made in Sgbrides.

Anyway they seem very sincere in getting the pictures back for the couple. Made a 1/4 page ad. Also I quote from the papers "If it is inconvenient for you to return the equipments, please make sure you send me the memory cards"

Well sometimes sh*t happens.... hope it does not happen to me

apparently, the photog was drunk.:bsmilie::rolleyes:
and he had forgotten to take his camera.
 drunk
initially I was thinking maybe he was too tired and sleepy due to the long hours of shoot

Might be a possibility too  :dunno:

lesson learnt, never drink and shoot. confirm mati, although sometimes i do. hees.

Looks as though my guess was true

Wedding dinners end usually around 10.30-11 tops... chinese wedding dinner. Anything more ...

2am  ...

take a cab receipt no matter if you are claiming or will it be claimable or not.

Yeah quite true... at least you can give the call center the cab number when you lose anything.

if the photog was really drunk... that's a different story liao. this is truly unforgivable. he should know he holds some kind of responsibility to the pictures taken and to get drunk and forget his camera and then his memory cards... it may be harsh but serves him right.

if a drunk driver deserves his punishment... so does a drunk photographer. in fact, a person who gets himself drunk deserves the consequences thereafter.

i think this sod is now shltting bricks liao. don't know if he can recover the lost items.

Wait.

The photographer WAS DRUNK?

I certainly hope this photographer is not one of those 'paid for' services.....

that was what i heard from 91.3 yesterday evening.

if i'm the bride, good luck.

i will surely sue the photog till he close shop.

poor couple. i doubt the memory cards are still around.

question now is... what will you do if you happened to find the bag and know about the reward as well as the interview on 91.3FM?

this is definitely fictional.

by now, the gears would have been sold off, or kept for personal use.:bsmilie:

but if i found it, i will surely return the pics to the irresponsible photog, take his 3 k, and give it to the couple.

not bad eh... the couple definitely will get the pictures and on top of that... got $3K as bonus.

maybe i should hire this photog to shoot my wedding and make sure he gets drunk again :bsmilie:

Think the taxi driver is photographer and keep the equipment plus he gets $3000 for returning the cards.

Must be happy taxi driver at the expenses of the photographer.
