Implement a FAQ

Think it would be good to have a page of FAQs answering questions like .. "how do i post images" ... that way we can just shout them the poster to look at the FAQ instead of digging out the thread for the ... (hee hee hee ... just kidding) ...

but i think having a FAQ will cut down on common questions posted on the forum.

There is already an FAQ link (top left on menu bar)

Also, all relevant "newbie" items are made into stickies in the Newbies Corner sub-forum, so members can point newbies to those stickies as guidance.
