superb fireworks! our government really know how to impress the delegates. too bad the smoke was quite bad...

Very impressive. Definitely better and bigger than even the NDP one. But unfortunately very smoky as well. Esp for those on Esplanade bridge...kena smoked out.

Sigh...:cry: I have the pass to go to IMF, but went there late, so only get to see a bit from marina south. Can see the whole CDB covered in smoke after the fireworks.

yea the smoke was super bad. only first shot was a keeper. cant be bothered to PS the rest, because it was so thick..
but i mnot sure if it was better than the national day fireworks... i think it lasted longer... but didnt have that "effect"..

I was on the Explanade Bridge.

The fireworks were fanatastic, but later on during the show, the whole explanade area were smoked out and my eyes hurt, and as the pics....sigh.

I was watching it from my home, can only see the high ones, the low ones are blocked by bldgs. Think overall it's quite nice.

Saw a tall & slim guy with a lot of gears walking in Suntec food court last night at about 8.30pm. Is it any of you guys?

The security is very tide... Believe not many people are able to get close to Esplanade area. All roads are block around there. They are celebrating the final day for all the VIPs.. so even firework are not announed publicly...
But, that is the best time to shoot because no crowd...
