they look good and sharp to me leh. lend me your 400 and i will try in on my 7D ;p
If I bring it out one day and you are around, sure :) , I wonder 7D will have stronger focusing motor or not.

Was bored and decided to go out and take some tourist photos around Sydney Harbour using my 7D + Tokina 24-200 + Sigma 12-24

Here is the result (some heavily post processed) I was in wacky mood yesterday so fancy high contrast, high saturation images... u either like it or hate it...

Tried my Minolta 100mm f2.8 soft during a group shoot at Boat Quay

http://forums.clubsnap.org/showthread.php?p=2555008#post2555008

I had a bit of difficulty adjusting the softness.
Any advice to improve on the handling of this lens would be appreciate.
New bie on this also, but you may try softness one, then stop down a bit like f/4 or 5.6, depend on how much softness you want.

What I did was to set the aperture and then rotate the softness ring instead because I found softness setting is available even between stops and did not want the dof to change. Unfortunately, adjusting softness also changes the dof with the softer being wider. This is what is giving me difficulty. As the lens is sharp at 0 softness even wide open, I have been using the 0 setting a lot more. Guess I have to keep playing with the softness settings to learn it. Thanks.
