Based on the specs, X100S wins and in term of control and handling i believe that Fuji has did a better job. Another big minus point for Coolpix A is that it does not have a build-in Optical/Electronic viewfinder and buying a seperate piece would cost another hundreds of dollor. I believe however Nikon is capable of producing good and fast camera.

In some of these situations, I 'resort' to MF. I feel focus peaking is much quicker than split image on the X100s, though another colour other than white highlights would've been better IMO.

Build-in ND filter not enough to capture motion, added on Hoya ND8.
Exposure for 85 seconds @ f16. Writing speed is slow after 1 minute.
