Very nice shots!

I appears to me that #1 to #3 are the pictures of the caterpillars and pupa of Pachliopta aristolochiae asteris (Common Rose)

#4 is the pupa of Troides helena cerberus (Common Birdwing)

#5 as pointed out by Sumball is the Common PalmFly.

The Common Rose and the Birwing feed on the same hostplant at AHBT. You must had your shots all mixed up ,if you are depicting the life Cycle of the #1 caterpillar.

Please note that the larva in prepupation position and the pupae are not belongs to the last butterfly. Likely the Common Birdwing's larva and pupa.

Butterfly in the last photo is Common Palmfly, Elymnias hypermnestra agina.
