Good shots. What time did you go there? I was there on Sunday evening around 5pm but didn't manage to catch any butterfly shots.

Nice series

Very nice. Didn't even see any of these when I was there the last time.

very nice lighting. care to share how you achieve it?

These are very nice indeed. I almost gave up on AH but looks like the bugs are back again. :)

Looks like slow shutter speed shots. Either you have steady hands or tripod.

Hi All,

Thanks for the nice comments. All images taken with V125 + tripod and MLU.

Most of the images taken with F13.0 to F16.0 and speed of 1/3 to 2.5s with ISO400 + fill flash of -1.67 FEC.

Cheers,
Peter

Real nice series for this common palm. ;)

Real nice series for this common palm. ;)
Please note that the larva in prepupation position and the pupae are not belongs to the last butterfly. Likely the Common Birdwing's larva and pupa.

Butterfly in the last photo is Common Palmfly, Elymnias hypermnestra agina.

Thanks Peter for sharing the high standard shots, as always!
