If given a choice which lens will you buy between 'Tamron AF70-300mm F/4-5.6 Di LD Macro 1:2' and 'Canon EF-S 55-250mm f4-5.6 IS'?

I am using more on taking pictures of cars, aeroplane, animals etc....
Which lens have better Image Quality?

I would also like to know more about Nissin Di662 Flash. I'm using it for portraits.

Lastly is Canon 85mm F/1.8 a decent portraits lens?

HaHa thanks for all the reply. Usually the gatherings or parties I went is usually at chalets so it is actually outdoor. ETC, i might be taking photos of people flying kite at Marina Barrage but I know 85mm is crazy unless you ask for permission.

I just got mine last week and never regret abt it. Basically i felt the IQ is sharper than the Tamrom.
