Yup its at Changi Boardwalk.
The water was very still. It was just after a heavy downpour. The calm after the storm i guess. =)

I've recently started my own personal project which has made me take more pictures and open my eyes to this great place we call home. I've been mostly un-inspired to shoot when I'm in Singapore and I hope this new project will change that. Called 'Discovering Singapore', it will see me going to every town (I hope) to look for interesting things to shoot. I'd like to share this will my fellow Clubsnappers and hope you guys enjoy the pics! More on my blog.
