Hoya cpl filter - purple series or green series?

What are the different between hoya cpl filter purple series and green series?

Purple series have 'Made in Japan' wording and the Green series do not have it.
The optical glass should be the same unless proven they are not.

seem like beside green and purple series...there are other series like hmc, super hmc, pro1 series's CPL filter, isn't it?



OP doesn't carry purple series, only green series.

The green filters are multiple coated while the magenta ones are single coat. Green ones have better IQ for the same reason.
