How to use colour gel that comes with Diana F+

Thanks a lot for all your great tips..
I'll try it out again over this weekend..

It's True.. Films are so expensive these days..

**I was wondering, will it be better to get a 35mm back instead, so that I can get more pictures... Will i get the same type of images as the 120m??**

35mm backs are good (and fun). For a start, u shd considering getting it to save $. You get less of those vignetting and blur on the sides but you can get cool sprocket holes. Good for burning film while learning (or getting used to it).

Hi all, i'll be trying my lomo fisheye 2 this Saturday. Just wana ask, i can go to any kodak/fujifilm shops to develop my pics right? It's a 35mm film. Or do i need to go to special shops that specialised in developing lomo pics?

You will not get square images and the pictures cover the entire film including the sproket holes. Fujifilm Superia should be cheaper than 120 film.

35mm negative film can be developed anywhere. Do consider whether you prefer getting prints or scans.

Scans should be cheaper right? any idea how much it costs?

Yeap. Scans are probably cheaper. Cheapest I have found is Grace Digital Lab at Sunset Way. I usually do my own scans but I tried using them recently because I had too many rolls from a overseas trip (so a bit lazy...). I didn't really like the colors so I sent the film to Fotohub (Beach Road) for printing. Colors turned out much more to my liking. Fotohub is slightly more expensive though and I don't know whether it is fair to compare scans against prints. Triple D at Burlington Square is another option. They are priced in between and quality is not bad from what I remember. Uncle is also a bit more adventurous. He was the only one willing to run my half developed negative (in b&w developer) through his C41 machine.

Currently, I enjoy looking at prints much more than the computer screen. I'm not sure if its just another phase I will outgrow eventually though :D
