How to test Dslr (D60) sd card read/write speed

I was wondering how do i test what is my read / write speed on my nikon d60 sd card slot.

Is getting sandisk ultra 2 sdcard really usefull or should i just get a normal kingstons class 6 sd card

Let me ask you...... are you actually hindered by the speed of your cards at the point og taking pictures??

not really as there is a buffer of 3 photos. but i notice a lag of around 3-4 sec before the reviews of the taken photo shows up. I am shooting in raw mode.

The Sandisk Ultra II is pretty slow if you are mostly shooting RAW. On my A700 for example, RAW files usually take less than 1 second to show up for review if I use Ultra III or faster. However, the D60 is an ultra-low-end, budget DSLR. Nikon did not put a fast memory interface in it. DPReview did some tests:
