How to remove the glare?

Anybody can advise me on how to remove the glare in this photo using PS?

I dunno if it works or not..

Can try using the clone tool to clone the greyish-brown part just above the fish's eye ( the part between the glare and the eye)

Thanks for your suggestions and help.......I'll try to see if it works.....

Would love to re-shoot...but cannot cos fish already "gone to heaven".... :cry:
