How to prevent fogging inside yr u/w camera housing

Hi, it happened afew time, when i taking videos n photos

Would u mind share how to prevent fogging of yr camera housing.

Camera and Housing brand ??

Most maker will suggest using Anti-Fog Inserts that is like silicon beads to remove any moisture inside the housing.... but I find that the easiest way is to prepare and lock your casing in an Air-con environment (cool and dry)

Some diver make their own by making small bags of silicon beads that fix into their casing... but you can also get this...

Shops selling GoPro should have this... you can reuse the insert by heating it to dry it out...

Yes, but each gopro insert only can be used 4x, after that it will lost it ability to store moisture.
Moreover the the gopro anti fog are quite expensive, just for 4 usage

Did you read the part where it said -

To dry out and reuse, heat inserts on a pan in oven at 300°F for 5 minutes. Store in an airtight bag.

And for your info.... all anti-fog insert has this problem of using for really limited of times... and only a few could be reused by heating like the 'Good O Days'... :bsmilie:
