How to post photos in a thread

May I ride on this thread please.

I read in the link provided that the software will automatically resize the files.

My images in my iMac are in the region of 2-4 Mb files. Will I have to downsize my images in iphoto first before trying to load the images. Is there a way to down size the images in iphoto?
