how to post in the buy/sell colum

hello ! i cant seem to find the bar to post on the buy/sell column . i went into random offers hoping to see POST NEW THREAD but to no avail . can anyone advice ? thanks

the POST REPLY function has been disable, only thread starter able to post updates in their own threads.

you need to use private message function or mobile contact or email if there is any to communicate with the thread starter.
