I do not see anywhere in nightwolf75 post as being Unprofessional or Rude.

Base on your approach towards the forums and its moderator, i do not foresee the administration team will accept you or your company conducting commercial service in ClubSNAP unless you change your attitude.

To avoid using all caps is basic netiquette. It is the same all over the world no matter which forum you visit. In case you are clueless, go google the word "netiquette".
