How to import RAW files

Hi guys..
a very basic question.:devil:
I using Canon EOS ultilities to download the RAW files to my computer.
Tried to open using CS3 to edit but failed.
My question is : ....
How to use Adobe Photoshop CS3 to open RAW file?
I tried to open directly, but its said "wrong format":bsmilie:

is the Adobe Camera Raw in your Photoshop updated? that could be the problem... update it from the website longkangman linked to...
