How to get more views on Vimeo?

Hi guys,

I've been posting videos on vimeo for about a year.

But I am having problem getting views on my video, granted it ain't the most exciting piece of work.
But I've seen way way way more boring videos getting views in the 20k region.

I can't even get pass 1k.

Tried posting on groups in Vimeo, helps abit.

Is there something I am not doing right? (besides making more kickass videos)

nothing wrong if you're happy with your work. the videos with the most views usually contain the most crap (especially on youtube)
