How to Find a Photographer job in Singapore?

Anyone can tell me how to get a Full Time Photographer job in Singapore? I already try to check from website, but not really much company have photographer job vacancy.Hope that from this thread can get information from your. Thank you!!

nothing beats working on your own ;p but u will have to 'eat grass' first just like the insurance industry.

i dun think any local company in sg will hire a full time photographer... unless its sph (news photographer).

you can start by freelancing.

Agreed with what others say here. You start off with freelancing... build up your portfolio (put it online as well) and advertise when you can. I know a few started off like that.

you can check out classified ads on newspaper, big companies usually put up hiring ads on Friday.

but do note most companies don't like their in-house photographers moonlighting.

ok, prepare your CV, can do cold calls by sending self intro letters to publishing companies or whatever you companies you wish to work with.

I saw one b4, few mths ago... photographer at Ministry of Information, Communications and the Arts

you need to be photographer n catalog all the event photos n etc lo.. may need to work after office hours n on weekends..
